The warm classes we offer consist of Hatha yoga. These classes are gently heated classes with the room temperature maintained at around 85 degrees, Our warm classes offers the appropriate amount of heat so that muscles are warmed up and ready to stretch without causing students to feeling overwhelmed. Warm classes are excellent classes to focus on gaining and improving muscle strength and flexibility. Recommended classes: Warm 26+2 (60 min), Warm 26+2 (75 min), Yoga Sculpt.
